Bazarium is a mobile application that transforms the way we engage in second-hand trading by utilizing a swipe-first interface, similar to Tinder, but for tangible goods. Users can upload items they no longer need and find matches with others interested in trading, rather than buying or selling. This app promotes sustainable consumption, encourages circular ownership, and facilitates enjoyable, low-friction exchanges of items.
As a product designer and co-founder, I shaped the product vision from the ground up. I led user research, competitor analysis, concept validation, and branding. I designed key user flows, created early mockups in Figma, and explored AI-powered tools like Figma Make to accelerate visual and interaction design. I also helped structure and write the product documentation used in our investor deck.
The project is in a pre-prototype, investor-ready phase. We’ve validated the concept, designed the core user experience, and defined the app’s unique market position. We are now actively seeking investment to build and test the first MVP.
